Three Generations
A Singular Vision

Build with patience, lead with integrity,
create for the community

Rohan Apurva Parikh

Building is in Rohan’s blood. Since before he could talk, he was immersed in the world of complex engineering and construction projects. In his 25 years in the industry, he has cemented and furthered the family’s commitment to developing thriving communities by establishing The Acres Foundation, an educational think-tank that aims to bridge the gap between research and practice in education. In 2013, he founded The Green Acres Academy, an acclaimed ICSE-affiliated school that provides a holistic, accessible educational experience that draws from the best global innovations, adapted for the Indian context.

History of our leadership

The Acres Group has grown from a single vision into an enduring conglomerate, now led by the third generation of the family.
Natvarlal Chotalal Parikh

Natvarlal Chotalal Parikh

In 1947, Natvarlal Chotalal Parikh took on the work of creating a young nation. Ports, cranes, freight, heavy transport, and the logistics support that enabled the development of cities and communities. A pioneer and innovator, his legacy of meticulous planning and economical operations geared towards the progress of the nation.

Apurva Natvar Parikh

Apurva Natvar Parikh

Apurva Natvar Parikh inherited a logistics empire and turned it into something larger. Where his father had built the infrastructure of a young nation, Apurva broadened the group's reach into real estate, hospitality and the emerging needs of a developing India. Steady, considered and guided by the same founding ethic, he grew what he was given and left it stronger than he found it.

Rohan Apurva Parikh

Rohan Apurva Parikh

Rohan Apurva Parikh leads The Acres Group with the same founding purpose and has extended it into new terrain. The Acres Foundation, The Green Acres Academy and Iconic Developments are expressions of a simple conviction: that a business family's deepest obligation is not to profit, but to the nation that made its work possible.
